Baker Explosion (Norfolk/Elkhorn Nebraska) blends indie, folk, punk, and electronic energy into something unmistakably their own.
Band is Ben Baker (vocals, guitar, piano, synth, banjo), Jason Baker (Vocals, Bass, Guitar, Saxophone) Isaiah Baker (drums, piano), the group is rooted in family forged in years of writing, recording and collaborating with an extended musical crew across the US.
After making waves during the Good Living Tour and festivals across Nebraska, they have continued to release their catalog. Their debut album ‘Down in the Cornroots’ is nod to their acoustic electronica beginnings, with songs juxtapositioning Big Trucks and Consciousness. Having released several singles and videos in the years following, 2026 has led to two singles Letter to Myself, an alt-indie song about slowing down, self-reflection, and becoming who you were meant to be.
